Will Kate Middleton's rules of conduct change after the Queen's death?

Queen Elizabeth the Second passed away and was buried with almost the entire world watching. Will some rules that the Queen personally introduced regarding the behavior of members of the royal family change?

First of all, we are referring to the list of rules that the Queen once personally compiled for - Kate Middleton.

In addition, there are rules for all members, which have nothing to do with Kate personally, and which simply must be followed. Life at the British court brings with it many restrictions, rules and prohibitions.

How it will all look in the new era of King Charles III remains to be seen.

We remind you how Kate was allowed to behave during the reign of Elizabeth II.

Som Queen Elizabeth II personally compiled a list of rules that the princess must follow when appearing in public.

In everyday life, former the Duchess of Cambridge is forced to observe several prohibitions, so she must not wear nail polish of "offensive", "vulgar" colors and shoes with a platform, which, by the way, she loves very much.

She is allowed to wear pants only in exceptional, evening hours, and dresses and skirts must not reveal the knees. Nylon socks are mandatory, both in winter and summer without exception.

The young princess is obliged to pay special attention to her hair and eyebrows, but extensions and locks are strictly prohibited.

When it comes to accessories, prince William's wife is not allowed to wear costume jewelry, only royal family jewelry. The purse can be carried in the hand or at the level of the elbow, but not on the shoulder.

Although Kate Middleton generally adheres to these rules, she does break them here and there, which is quickly forgiven by her subjects.

Kate Middleton is not complaining and has no problem complying with the measures required of her.

She has a special diet, thanks to which she maintains her shape and health.

One study, carried out by exercise and nutrition experts at Barband, found that Kate's food choices received seven times more searches than the average for all royal diets and four times more searches than Meghan Markle's diet.

Former Duchess of Cambridge, and now Princess of Wales among other things, must not eat certain food. Former court chef Darren McGrady has revealed that Kate Middleton is forbidden from eating potatoes, rice or pasta for dinner.

Believe it or not, the reason is that the Queen didn't like carbohydrates, so she won't serve them to the rest of the family either. Also, Kate has to follow the rules when she goes to visit.

This means that he must not eat any risky food when he is on public visits, and that group includes shellfish, which they are sure can very easily cause poisoning. However, food isn't the only thing Kate has to stick to.

The Long Royal Evening is one of the events that was the hardest for many. Then no one was allowed to retire before Queen Elizabeth II herself, and Lady Dee barely respected that.

No one has yet heard the future Queen Kate complain about it. When it comes to the "modern way of life", there are rules that also apply to social networks.

Have you ever seen Kate Middleton take a selfie? No, because she's not allowed to. It is believed that members of the royal family should communicate with the public through direct contact, and not by "parading" on social networks.

How the Atkinson Diet Works

Diets that promote weight loss can be divided into four categories: low-fat diets, low-carbohydrate diets, low-calorie diets, and extremely low-calorie diets.

A calorie is a unit of energy, so reducing the intake of fat and/or carbohydrates through the diet, in itself, represents a reduction in calorie intake. One of the first nutritionists was George Chain. He himself was extraordinarily obese and constantly consumed large quantities of rich food and drink.

He began a vegetarian diet, consuming only milk and vegetables, and soon regained his health. He began to publicly recommend this way of eating to all those who suffered from excessive obesity. In 1724, he published "An Essay of Health and Long Life", in which he recommended exercise and fresh air, as well as avoiding so-called luxurious foods.

Atkins diet is probably the most famous and popular diet that reduces the consumption of carbohydrates. The diet is primarily intended for weight loss and for many years was considered a very unhealthy diet while the pro-vegetarian and anti-red meat evidence piled up.

The diet was named after Robert Atkins, who invented it. The Atkins diet results in 0.1% to 2.9% greater body weight loss per year compared to the control group.

The Atkins diet focuses mainly on meat, including red meat, and a serious reduction in carbohydrates. Most of the carbohydrates in this diet come from vegetables, while fruit is very limited. This kind of diet has the effect that the body does not get energy from glucose and has to burn its own fat deposits to get energy. This process is called ketosis.

Atkins approves the consumption of milk and dairy products, and eggs, and does not allow pasta, starchy vegetables, sweets, caffeine, alcoholic beverages... Some types of fruit, mostly berries, can be returned to the diet when the body enters ketosis.
